SMT Preparation

When preparing kits containing SMT components we re-reel the required quantity and add an agreed percentage of attrition. For low cost components an additional agreed length of populated feed and tail is also included. If components are classed as higher cost lines we can splice on unpopulated feed and tail using industry standard splicing techniques. Experience has highlighted significant savings from the reduced wastage of components.
